I do not know a source for the particular Dahlia "Bish of L.", but I do
recommend the book GARDENING BY MAIL by Barbara J. Barton (Houghton
Mifflin, 1994).  Every serious gardener ought to have a copy...and it's not
too expensive.  The book lists about 20 sources for dahlias by mail,
including:

Swan Island Dahlias, PO Box 700, Canby, Ore. 97013.Their catalog is
$3...with lots of color, according to GARDENING BY MAIL.
