will someone PLEASE tell me how dahlias rootstock can be considered to
be BLUBS  or even bulbs?????  Seems like an entirely different structure...

want to tell me about it???? do I want to know?  Is it a forum?
It's very very very hard for me to get to many net sites and I need to know
if it's worth the agony of trying.
