Maybe it's not an english cultivar. Try talking to it in french or german.
:) But seriously folks...
I, too, have several rzs like this. One has a nice big fan on it, but it
had that last year too. No increases. No signs of new growth. I just
figure this one's a real "bear" and still hibernating. It should come to
life in a month or so.
