I don't know what to tell you about this. The Iris Country Catalog
does not list a hybridizer/year for Iris plumeri. I looked it up in the
1939 Checklist. There are the entries under Plumeri:
PLUMERI. TM-M-S9D. (1830) Ware 1888. Macoun; Farr 1912. Francis 1920.
Wing 1920. Forbes 1938.
Plumeri. Wild 1939. Speciosa.
Plumeri speciosa. Speciosa.
Plumieri. TB Forbes 1938. Plumeri.
Maybe Anner knows a little more about this. If Roger's Catalog has an
error, I am sure he would correct it if it was pointed out.
