Rebloom (was Sour grapes)

I am no expert on rebloom (early autumn frosts limit the possibilities),
but from what I have read on the list, it is essential to keep them growing
through the summer with timely irrigation and extra fertilization. I
believe that many of Blyth's introductions are considered to be mild
climate rebloomers in this country.
