OT - re cutting reply text

>From my viewpoint, it's important because my browser puts all the reply text
first in the message, sometimes filling up the entire screen.  I have to
scroll through the entire original message to get to the new part.  Much
better to see the kernel of the original message and then be able to read
right on.
