Too early to contemplate complaints, Rima.  Mine are not showing any growth
yet, either, and we are warmer than you.  Sibs should show first, then JI.

I've only grown one LA--Dorothea K. Williamson, but she is super hardy, and
may even be showing growth already, if the deer didn't crop her down like
they did Mysterious Monique.  Grrrrrrr!  Probably the newer varieties would
not be showing yet around Zone 4. It'll be interesting to see how they do
for you.

I would hold off until you see a bit of active growth.  Am sorry to hear
that you had the same kind of plant-beater winter we had.   MUCH damage this
year.
