RE: IRIS EMERGENCE

Hi--
Here in zone 4 in the Catskills all spring bulbs and most tbs are up
above the ground and looking good. chionodoxa is blooming very sparsely
and many early daffs will bloom soon. But I see no signs from the new
sibs I put in last year. is it too soon for them to be poking above the
ground or should I start thinking about complaining to the nursery from
wence they came? No sign of the jis either.
The bog garden got completely flooded and much earth washed away along
with name tags so I have no idea what if anything will survive there.
the las that were planted on the pond's edge are quite deep underwater
this spring so I don't know what will happen with them. since I've never
grown las and is before, I have no idea when to expect them to emerge.

Also--when should I start fertilizing al these guys?
