L-ers,
FINALLY! I get to tell the whole world that my very first iris of the season
is fully open and gorgeous. Blue Whiskers, an historic MDB (Welch '60) opened
today. It has canary yellow standards and greenish yellow falls with ice blue
(barely noticeable, looks white to me) beards. It is just a couple inches tall
with one bud on each stalk. Cute is the word for Blue Whiskers.
Sorry L-ers, my subject tag is not accurate but there was no tag for MDBs. I
came as close as I could. Maybe I should have used HIST?
