In our house we have peeled and ground horseradish to accompany ham and
special boiled and decorated eggs. Horseradish is dug on Palm Sunday and
prepared for the Easter feast. We have special cheese and bread for the
holiday. Edmundus, I expect you may have the same. If anyone has anything to
add for Easter or Passover please send it along.
