Rima,
How often are you watering them? Walking Irises (Neomarica) should be
allowed to have the top of the soil in the pot to dry out a bit. Also, how
hot is it getting in the window? Indoor plants will often show heat stress
at much lower temperatures than it would take for this to happen outside
because of the lack of indoor humidity. Thirdly, have you fertilized them?
Neomaricas like a hit of Miracid every few weeks.
