FIFRA (Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act) allows
some leeway in interpreting pesticide labels in spite of the stern
warning on the labels. Anyone who wants a copy of a paper discussing
this, let me know, and I'll send it as an attachment. It's a bit to
long to post here.
