Generally the Lycoris and Nerine family need a dry summer dormancy to
bloom. If they are getting this and still not flowering then you may be
giving them too much fertiliser. Most of the lycoris and Nerines will grow
nad multiply beautifully if they are well cared for and well
fertilised..... but no flowers. Treat em hard and they'll reward you with
flowers. I would presume this applies to the squamigera too.
