Re: Bloom report -- sort of

Hi Marti

It sure is time consuming trying to catch up on all the I-list but I
don't want to miss asingle one just in case there is a jewel to collect.
Will you please check your I reticulata PAULINE. I believe I have that
cultivar but I'm not sure. I asked a couple weeks ago but no one responded.
I realize I may have to await your blanket of white to disappear but that
is what blankets do, cover up and protect.
AS your elevation and location slow down the time of when your plants
will be blooming, we will get to review the things that flew passed some of
us. Besides you possibly grow some very hardy iris, which could be helpful to
others who read the I-list.
My newest bloom is RUBY CONTRAST. (A Brown 1970)sdb 13" s maroon
darker midrib ruffled; f deeper maroon with velvety overlay; aster violet
beard. Very nice frag. (That fact was brought to my attention by a nearly
blind woman)
So, will I meet you at national in Denver, or at one of the guest
gardens?
