Hi
The only natural preditor of slugs in this area I"m aware of is geese and
I haven't any of those, so I am the one responsible for getting the majority
of those slimmy critters out of where they are allowed to wonder. There is an
occasional frog and snake but they are really few and far between. Using
juniper fronds around the favorite snacks as well as trying to keep ahead of
the weeds, and disposing between a rock and a hard spot, and admittedly some
slug bait, is what I resort to.
There are some salimanders down by the closest creek 250ft below us and
1/4m away -big help.
