Hi all,
I'm just back from delivering #2 daughter to Melbourne, and doing a
round of the book shops in the city.
Not much for irisarians, and even less for daylilians. I did manage to
pick up a copy of Karen Glasgows "Irises: A practical Gardening Guide"
100p paperback, with many photo's and not so heavily loaded with Bearded
iris, as are some other books.
Published in UK last year, by Batsford Press, it should be cheaper in
the US than the $45 Aus. that I spent. I can't help feeling that the
money would have been better spent on plants, but I would have bought it
sooner or later.
If anyone is interested I will report further on it in a week or so,
when I have read it.
