The little booger already opened up! It's a greenish flower, all right,
but what a shock to see those lavendar/lilac beards. It's got a great
fragrance, but I'm so new at this that I have nothing to compare it to!
And it's not so ruffled as I first thought it might.
Well, the sun is out...I better take advantage and get a photo of my
historic first iris bloom! :) (Dennis passes champagne & cigars all
around to everyone on the list-serv.)
