When I said 'different' breeding, I meant different parents from what
Keith Keppel (FANCY WOMAN, SPIRIT WORLD, MIND READER) or Joe Ghio
(FILIBUSTER) used in producing their luminatas.

CALICO RUFFLES is (Barletta x Scrimshaw) X Pandora's Purple. There
may be a common ancestor lurking in all of these, but I have not studied
the ancestry beyond a few generations.

I would think MOONLIT SEA (Sass 1942) would be in there somewhere. I
used to grow BLUE SHIMMER but never FLYING SAUCER. Wasn't MOONLIT SEA
considered the progenitor for luminatas? I have always wondered why this
pattern was 'dormant' for so many years and only recently revived by K &
G.

Thanks for asking. Maybe, tonight I will do a little research.
