That is what the Dykes is "supposed" to be (not that is works that way.)
I don't think that enought judges see things growing in a wide variety
of environments, and that they have good growth characteristics over a
wide range not just a beautiful flower.
No, I am not defending the status quo. However, I don't know how to fix
the problem. Among other things, it relies on the integrity of the
voters (as with any system of voting)
