The recent talk of hybridizer conferences/training/education has me excited.  
I think such a concept would be a great addition to the AIS.  Hybridizers  
could meet, share ideas, discuss new germination techniques..such has been  
discussed extensively on this list, and keep each other updated on current  
breeding programs.  

A listserve for hybridizers would be interesting as well.  Such "gatherings"  
would also be a great place for the "Experts/Experienced Class" to share  
knowledge and tales with younger, eager pollen daubers such as techniques  
and introduction.  

Whoever came up with this idea was sure thinking ahead.  Cheers!
