Dear Heath,
These bugs sound like spider mites. Look for an insecticide for
spidermites. Be sure that this pot has good drainage. Irises need good
drainage & should be planted where they get at least 6 hours of sunlight,
also irises should be planted very shallowly, so that the rhizome gets
sunlight.
