VALENTINE'S DAY was mentioned in an earlier discussion of tough pinks.
Since it got an "above average" rating from two growers in Region
7/Baja, I bought it.
It seems to be doing quite well so far, starting to put on new growth
before nearly everything else I got at the same time (another wonderful
bunch of rhizomes from Superstition). It's in a pot in partial shade
getting watered one to three times/day, depending on my memory and the
weather.
