Margie, assuming you are asking about red selfs here are my best. I am
in zone 6 and the best growing reds for me are GALLANT MOMENT, SHEBA'S
QUEEN, and CHIEF WAUKESHA. These have been good growers and bloomers for
me and SHEBA'S QUEEN is a rebloomer here. I have tried and lost WINESAP
and WAR SAILS, both easy rotters here, and DANGER although not totally
dead, hasn't bloomed for 2 years now and will be out of here next year.
For Border Bearded, CRANAPPLE would be my best red. I think I could post
pics to the photo list if you would like to see them.
