Yes and Yes. We have had it for three years, it has bloomed twice and is beautiful. We bought two and after three years we have three. slow starter and grower might be an understatement but what a flower!

Has anyone had this TB in their garden? I ordered it this year from
Schrieners and planted it the first week of July...so far it has not
shown much growth. It only has one new leaf sticking up anout 6"
above the original leaves. Is this a slow to start plant?
