Depends where you live. I wrote this two days ago re raised
beds:
"Median classes plus the Miniature Dwarf class, need a lot of
room up here. Some of my SDBs make very large clumps after about
3 yrs. LIME SMOOTHY and WIZARD'S RETURN need as much room as any
TB here.
**I just went out and measured two beds that contain principally
Medians. Excluding the stone edging, there are both over 36
inches wide (one is 38 inches) wide. "
I always put in raised beds for the bearded irises and the
lilium and some Siberians.
