Re: OT: Costs for Spring Regional Mtg


Many hybridizers get so many requests for local/regional/AIS guest irises 
that they cannot contribute to all so the "Guest Iris Committee" needs to send 
out lots of letters requesting Guest donations.  Especially the smaller 
hybridizers are interested in seeing how their babies grow in other climates.  

BE SURE to give all your Guest Iris hybridizers timely feedback as to how 
they do in the Convention gardens.  The biggest and most consistent complaint 
that we have heard is that there is little/no feedback on how the guest irises 
did.  Not polite nor fair!  That is the whole point in hybridizers sending Guest 
irises-to see how they do in other climates as well as having them seen by 
large groups of people.
