HI,
Your evaluation seems correct. The Merit does a reasonable job if applied
before egg hatch and before winter sets in.
I dug a hundred different Rhizomes this year for sale. I found one Borer
and one Borer shell. Then I dug a Siberian for a customer who was standing
along side me. Darn if there wasn't a Borer right there in the shovel full
for him to see!
So does Cygo. But we can no longer buy Cygon 2E.
