Re: CAT: Riverview, ID'ing unknowns

This was my first year to order from Riverview & I am quite pleased with
the order. Tough little rhizomes that I'm hoping will adjust to growing
conditions here more readily than the often luxuriant (big, sappy) west
coast imports sometimes do.

Most of the things I ordered are probably not high on anybody's
popularity list at the moment - older Oz intros, older
rebloomer/carriers plus a few odds & ends.

My only disappointment was that I had hoped they might be able to help
me ID the two tough oldies that I've used in a couple of crosses. I
sent pix, they said they would see what they could come up with, but I
suspect they didn't have time to actually try to figure it out when
bloom season came.

I wish there were a place we could send unknowns and have somebody
figure out what they are, maybe for a fee.
