Cult: Hydrogen Peroxide

In response to Michael M's recent post about Peroxide fizzing--

Peroxide eats into living tissue, by the way. It would tend to destroy the
natural walling-off of infected areas that occurs with irises as they form
callus tissue to isolate an infection if they can or have the time to do so.

A sharp, clean knife cut through healthy tiss allowed to air dry would be
better to clean up infection, I would think.

I'll be interested to hear how your experiment with H2O2 goes, Michael.

(I sent this in error to JIJones, the list-owner, by accident rather than to
the list, so its posting has been delayed)
