Thanks for letting us know about Mike's passing. He was really an  
enthusiastic iris grower and will be greatly missed.

has  been battling cancer.
With great sadness, I am dropping this note to let  everyone know that

1:00 pm, Mike passed away.
Mike approached  irises as well as most other things in life with a great 
deal
of enthusiasm  and wonder. Those
so inclined should step out to their garden, pause for a  moment in
remembrance. He was a good friend and will
be missed.
