Spoke to Gigi Hall of our local iris society (West Bay IS) who also happens 
to live nesr me here in Fremont. She grows PCNI's and says there are plenty 
of reblooming PCN's. In fact she says that a lot of them in the right 
environment they are almost everbloomers. She also said that Joe Ghio has 
done a lot of them and would be a great source, so definitely contact him. If 
I remember correctly Oct - Nov is the right time to transplant PCN's.
