His location might be a little cooler in the summer than yours. Maybe someone else
knows of some other "coastal" sources.

Warmer during the summer, but about the same during the winter.
PCN stands for Pacific Coast Native Iris (PCNI). Some one else commented that they
didn't think PCN's had rebloomers, but Joe Ghio would surely know. PCN's are gorgeous,
and built for the west coast...
