CD and Dutch Irises

I will have to look at the CD when I get home and respond tomorrow. Still
no luck, my husband says he is going to start from scratch and re-install
everything on the cpu and see if it works. Nice to have your own resident
computer weenie.

No one ever seems to talk about those pretty, tall, butterfly-like Dutch
Irises. Are they verboten, or just forgotten??? I really like them and
they do really well and increase greatly here in hot/humid east Texas.
They are early too and kinda perk up the early spring blahs around here.

I have promised to not order any new plants this year, since we are deciding
what we "wanna do in life" at this time. It's the pits to be over 40 and
still not sure what you want to do- the only constant is the gardening. Mr.
Doucette, I admire your generosity and devotion to that many years (along
with it's tears) of gardening. My hat's off to you sir.

Being Irish/German myself, I had heard of the superstition of not saying
thank you, but I guess my own over-grand sense of appreciation has a hard
time of not doing so. My parents wer high on manners, and I have passed it
on to my daughter, who still says sir, mamm and thank you- to the surprise
of WAY too many people today. So I say thanks for all the info from the
list, and a piece of sanity at work each day.
