So you are also sticking mostly to iris from the '80s. Are all the judges
rich people? If hardly anybody actually grows new introductions, how in the
world could they know what grows well in other parts of the country? Is the
main chance they have to see it in the hybridizers garden where it will be
doing its best? Or at a convention? This sounds a little nuts.
