AIS board minutes/Bulletin

For the upcoming October AIS Bulletin, the complete minutes from the spring
AIS Board meeting will be published, as it has in past Bulletins.

Please do not flood this email list with further debate, unless you have a
new earth shattering point that you just _have_ to share. I forwarded all
the comments, suggestions, and demands to my father for consideration.
There are strong opinions for and against complete publication, both on
this email list and throughout the AIS, and it became obvious that it was
not going to be resolved in time to make any changes for the October
Bulletin.

The issue is not dead, however, and I am sure it will be discussed
ad-nausea until it is time to print the next minutes in next April's
Bulletin.

If you have any further thoughts, please write (yes, using snail mail) my
father, Terry Aitken (the Bulletin editor), or Dave Niswonger (AIS
President), both of whos addresses are in your Bulletin.
