Sorry folks - the block of votes are not - repeat are not on the west
coast. As of 1994, the biggest block was in the central USA, with actual
numbers favoring the ......Sit down now - EAST.
Use the AIS Bulletin and subtract the A and RM Judges and add the rest -
you will be surprised!!! I was.
