No Subject

Thanks for all the information everyone has been kind enough to send me on
alphalfa pellets.  I'm going to buy some tomorrow to add to my new iris bed in
progress.  Our soil here is rather sandy (we're fortunate enough to live on the
lake) so we're adding peat and non-burning manure along with the alphalfa
pellets.  

Would anyone like to take a few moments and give me the best color layout to
plant TB's?  I've ordered all colors from Schreiners from black to pastel to
bi-color (EDITH WOLFORD is my current all-time favorite) and want to make sure
they are shown off the best possible way to compliment each other.  Is it best
to keep similar colors in color groups or have everything all mixed together?
I've been reading a lot of books on irises and am especially enjoing the AIS
Bulletin but I don't see where this subject is discussed.  Maybe I'm being too
fussy!  

Trying to stay dry in Northern Minnesota where we've had 6 wet weekends in a
row and 17 days in July with rain!
