:Now here is my question for you, Tom: Do you know any luminata pattern irises
:where the styles are pink?....I do not recall ever seeing one.
Keppel has introduced quite a few luminatas with a basic pink ground color.
I had Flights of Fancy bloom this spring, but to be honest I can't remember
if the pink ground color was present at all in the styles. I'll have to
check my photos. It's an interesting question. The distribution of the
pink pigment is not controlled by the luminata gene, and there are certainly
luminatas with yellow styles, so there would be no reason to think that
pink-ground luminatas should not have pink styles. But do any of them
actually happen to? I plead ignorance.
