Linda,
Sodium Hypochlorite can be made by passing an electrical current =
through salt water. Chlorox or any chlorine product in the 5% range is =
extremely good as a tool for fighting all manor of infection, from human =
to critter to plant. A Chlorox dilute solution can be used to treat =
fungus infections on your feet and hands. And yes rinsing with vinegar =
does neutralize the affects of chlorox. I use vinegar to get rid of the =
slick feeling that chlorox gives to my hands.
Be careful if you are using a strong solution, as others have said it =
is a very react chemical. Chlorox actually sodium hypochlorite is used =
as a disinfectant in my field, Wastewater Treatment. It is used to kill =
any "Bugs" that may have escaped the treatment process.
Rabbit Poop: Oh how I love rabbit poop. Did you know that if you =
gently tug their ears every day they will give you more of those =
wonderful little round balls of pure plant food?
I like rabbit because it does not burn even hot off the presses so to =
speak. It also does not contain the seeds like other animal waste. My =
next best choice is municipal treatment plant sludge-- be it composted =
or lime stabilized.
Being new to the Internet and gardening societies as a group, can =
anyone suggest some good societies for Iris in Maine?
Thank you all for the information I have gathered and I have greatly =
enjoyed the arguments and "Off Subject" discussions. In my opinion we =
are not any of us only one thing.
