If you want a public discussion, all you have to do is post the question =

the list. Some people don't want to post what they fear will be perceive=

as a "dumb" question publicly. I respect that, and answer private
questions privately. My personal philosophy, though, is that the only
"dumb" question is the one that remains unasked.
