Rusty - Rusty. It's too early to dig them. The sale isn't until the end
of next month. Wait until the weekend before, if not a couple of days
before. If you dig them now, they will have begun to turn brown and dry
up. They won't be near as fresh as everyone elses.
Hold off for a few weeks.
