AIS Special Offers

Does anyone know if the "Special Offer on AIS Bulletin Back Issues" on p58
of the Jan 97 Bulletin is still valid?  You had to order them from Paul Gossett.
(I was hoping to get the offer of 60 back issues for $10, but I would like
to know if it is still available before I go and get a bank draft to send to
America).

P.S.  Can anyone identify the two Irises on the cover of that issue?  I
really like them.  What type of iris are they?  (Also what type is
Bellissima inside the front cover?)
