Congratulations, Harry. I haven't given up on her. I had three different
lots of seedlings from JR going into the winter of 1995-1996 and the
winter heaved and killed all three lots. Then, during the past year, my
surviving adult plants wasted away and died, despite being given special
care. Half a dozen other plants given the same treatment are
flourishing. But I have sought out more rhizomes and will try again. JR
was the pod parent on all three crosses, and I was unable in two years
to get a pod on JR. Don Spoon got one, I believe.
