I'm with you Jan.  I'm new and I've only been through one bloom season too,
but my collection includes numerous award winners most of them unbeknownst
to me at the time I picked them.  I bought Thornbird last year and then it
won the Dykes.  Too cool!  I hope to attend my first show next year.
