I remember hearing it's a poor goer in some areas. I think Kathy Guest was
saying she can't keep it alive in New York. Well, despite the bad rep it
seems to have, I've added it to my garden this year.
It's interesting though that one of yours is doing well and the other
isn't. I'd try moving it (again) and seeing what happens.
