For Henrik Ohrstrom: Henrik if you could download a photograph to us we
might be able to at least tell you what kind of iris it is. There are at
LEAST 250 different types of irises in the iris genus so you see without
visual help it would be near impossible to tell you sight unseen. I would
be most interested in learning what kind of iris does so well in your
northern climates. Have you taken a bloom to your nearest garden nursery?
They might be able to identify it for you also, if nothing else by looking
through their garden books. If you do have a photograph, please download
it, I am sure you will get many responses.-FRT.
