I am interested in giving some of those Irises a try. Send me a few
rhizomes, and I will pay you for the postage. They will have a good chance
in a lower part of the yard that is in a frost pocket.
I live in a range of low rolling hills which are more prone to frost
in winter than most of the rest of Florida. This allows one to have an
interesting mix of subtropical and temperate plants.
