HYB: New plant list.

From: "william b. cook" <billc@atlantic.net>

An online acquaintance is starting a new plant list dealing with
hybridizing of plants in general, including Irises. I am posting this in
case someone out there is interested. It is operated by Brian Cook [no
known relation to me] of Canada. If any of you all are interested in
joining the description and instructions are below.

A new email list for Plant Hybridizers has been started that some of
you may be interested in joining. While not specifically geared
towards Iris hybridization but to plants in general, many of the
techniques involved in creating new Iris hybrids are common with other
plants.

If you are involved in hybridising or you are interested in
discussing and learning about plant hybridization, I would hope that
you consider joining this new list.

The description of this mailing list is as follows:

The Hybrid list is for the discussion of all aspects of plant
hybridization. Exchange your experiences on everything from the
techniques of cross pollination and chemical or radiation induced
mutations to the registration and commercial distribution of the new
cultivars you create. This list is open to all interested individuals
regardless of experience level or whether you hybridize for fun or
profit.

You can join this list by going to the following web page:
