A few things, Tumble Weeds being one of them, would best be put in the
trash can and sent to the dump. However, Bill is correct in that many
weeds can be safely composted if one has the space to let the pile sit a
couple of years. As I understand it, you do not have such space, so
sending the Tumble Weeds to the dump is the best alternative.
