Dana, have more of your seeds germinated? I'd love to hear more about
how the current experiment is going.
Only a few dozen seeds germinated for me after 2 to 3 months in the
fridge, so after a month indoors at room temperature, the rest are
outdoors to be chilled for another month. To much trouble to try to
find room for flats in the fridge.
When I took those flats outdoors, I brought in several flats of seeds
from last year which have had a couple of months chill outdoors this
fall. A few of those have started to germinate. They are on the
sunporch where overnight temperatures have been dropping to around
40oF. Daytime highs vary a lot depending on whether or not the sun is
out, but have been below 70oF so far.
